FAQ

How much is shipping within Australia?

We charge a $10 flat shipping rate to anywhere in Australia! For our Australian customers, if your order is over $69, your shipping is completely FREE! 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your email will contain your tracking details.


How much shipping to countries outside Australia?

International shipping is based on your where you live and the total weight of your order. We use Australia Post to keep the cost as low as possible; postage may take 2-3 weeks depending on the time of year. 

Your shipping charge will be calculated in the checkout. You do not need to commit to buy in order to find the shipping fee. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer FREE SHIPPING on any international orders.

International orders are subject to import and/or customs charges; you will be responsible for any import or customs charges.


When will I receive my order?

We process your order the same day it is received. All orders ship from our NSW warehouse.

We use the courier Sendle and Australia Post for all our shipping. Within Australia, Typically, your order will arrive in 2-5 business days. Interstate and rural orders may take a few days longer. International orders may take 2-3 weeks. 


Can I return my product

Absolutely. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you don't love your product, you can return it with no questions asked. Get in touch with our customer service team at info@goodsthatgive.com.au and we will guide you on the next steps. 

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Once your item is received, we will refund your purchase for the full amount you paid. A credit will be applied using your original method of payment within 48 hours. Refunds may take several days to appear in your account.

Our products come from Australia, the United States and Asia.

What packing material do you use?

We ship completely plastic free! Everything is 100% recyclable and 100% home compostable. We use recycled paper for packing and biodegradable mailers made from cornstarch.
